City of Phoenix and Maricopa County open one-stop permitting station at City Hall

d3ribooncutting010514On Monday, I  joined Mayor Stanton, Councilmembers Nowakowski and DiCiccio and all five members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for the opening of the first county service counter at Phoenix City Hall. The counter will house the Department of Environmental Services and Air Quality on the second floor of Phoenix City Hall, creating a “one-stop shop” for customers seeking various building, restaurant, special event and other permits at the city.

We need to remove roadblocks and make it as easy as possible for our businesses and residents to do business. I look forward to identifying additional partner opportunities to better serve our customers. This partnership will streamline permitting services by co-locating county permitting services at Phoenix City Hall.
